Cancellation and Rescheduling policy

Cancelled or rescheduled appointments made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur an automatic fee charged to the card left on file. If there is no card left on file the fee must be sent through Venmo before being able to book your next appointment. 

This policy is put in place to protect our business, time, and income. Thank you for understanding! 

• Lexi's fee: 50% of the service that was scheduled
• Brooke's fee: $15 for a haircut, $40 for color
